I just want to quickly drop this recipe for us here.
I tried it for the first time yesterday and it turned out amazing..
The picture didnt do justice to how yummy it looked and tasted

BANANA OATMEAL PANCAKES {GLUTEN FREE}

INGREDIENTS

3 small size ripe banana

2 large eggs

1 cup oats ( i used my good morning oat). U can use any kind of oats.

Lil baking powder

Coconut oil

Cinnamon (optional)

Milk(optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork.

2. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.

3. Put the oats in a blender and blend until fine.

4. Add the blended oats and baking powder to the banana mix, and stir well.

5. Heat your frying pan over a medium heat with a dash of coconut oil.

6. Pour a scoop of your batter into your frying pan, cook on one side for about 1.5 minutes, then turn to other side for about 1 minute (or until golden brown on both sides).

7. Serve and enjoy

I had mine with a cup of green tea..

PREP TIME: 5MINS
COOK TIME: 10MINS
TOTAL TIME: 15MINS
